Meet Dr. Myers
Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez Myers
Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez Myers believes God designed the human body with an incredible capacity to heal — and that belief is what led her into chiropractic care. After several years working in the chiropractic field before becoming a doctor herself, she knew this wasn't simply a career path. It was a calling. Opening Zone Chiropractic Clinic in Plano, Texas has given her the chance to serve local families with compassion, purpose, and a whole-body approach to health that looks beyond symptoms.
Her Approach to Care
Every patient who walks through the doors at Zone Chiropractic Clinic is treated as an individual, not a diagnosis. Dr. Myers' approach is gentle, intentional, and centered on restoring balance to the nervous system so the body can function the way it was designed. Rather than chasing symptoms, she focuses on identifying the root cause of what's holding her patients back — and helping them build health that lasts.
She has a particular passion for caring for entire families, from newborns to grandparents, and treats a wide range of concerns including headaches, neck and back pain, posture issues, stress-related tension, and recovery from auto accidents. Some of her favorite moments in practice are watching a child sleep through the night for the first time, seeing a patient return to an activity they love, or watching a whole family choose wellness together.
What to Expect From Your First Visit
Dr. Myers wants every patient to know they're more than an appointment on her schedule. Whether it's your first time seeing a chiropractor or you've been adjusted for years, her goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your concerns, and being part of every decision in your care — so you leave every visit feeling heard, encouraged, and confident in your path forward.
Education & Credentials
Dr. Myers is a proud Carrollton, Texas native with a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness. Her journey into healthcare began in high school at Parish Episcopal School, where she graduated in 2016 after serving as a student athletic trainer. Inspired by those early experiences, she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology at St. Edward's University in Austin, graduating in May of 2020. She then returned to the Dallas area to attend Parker University, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating in December 2023.
She is a licensed and board-certified chiropractor in the state of Texas, and is Activator Certified, allowing her to provide gentle, precise adjustments using the advanced Activator Method technique. Since graduating, she has gained hands-on experience in both family practice and accident and injury clinics, honing her clinical skills under the mentorship of experienced chiropractors.
Dr. Myers continues to build on that foundation through ongoing training, including certifications in Zone Technique, Webster Certification, and Activator Methods — because she believes excellence honors both her patients and the calling she's been given.
Beyond the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Dr. Myers is a devoted wife to her husband, Nick, and a proud dog mom to Tucker and Charlie. She is the daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect more deeply with a diverse community of patients. Guided by her faith and love for God, she leads with heart, humility, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Her Mission
Dr. Myers' mission is simple: to serve others with integrity, compassion, and excellence — helping individuals and families experience the health they were created to enjoy. She hopes every patient leaves Zone Chiropractic Clinic knowing they were genuinely cared for, truly listened to, and given real hope for what's next.
